Abstract
As a love letter to river sand, the installation features two adjacent sandboxes which tell competing narratives. Where one is fluid and flourishing with images of life, the other stands static and containing. One alludes to overconsumption and the other to freedom. A frequent refrain during the development of the work: keep it loose.
Biography
Annie plans to engage in studio work for the rest of her life, project by project, as God leads.
